During my tenure at Clevertech, I served as a Senior Frontend Engineer, leading development initiatives for two high-profile clients: Meld.io and ViacomCBS. My role encompassed end-to-end frontend architecture, team collaboration, and the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions tailored to each client’s needs. As the frontend lead for Meld.io, I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Open Banking integration UI. I architected the frontend from the ground up, crafting a cohesive, scalable, and responsive UI that seamlessly integrated multiple financial services. Key achievements: Architected a foundational frontend infrastructure using Vite, AntDesign, Styled Components, React, and Redux Toolkit to ensure high-performance, responsive user interfaces. Integrated third-party Open Banking services (Plaid, BlankTree, Finacity) to support cross-functional capabilities and streamline financial transactions. Engineered a secure authentication layer via AWS Cognito, enhancing user trust and data protection across the platform. Collaborated with UX teams to define user-centered design principles, estimated feature requirements, and iterated on product enhancements. Adopted SCRUM methodology with one-week sprints, delivering high-quality results with rapid iteration and user feedback. At ViacomCBS, I led the frontend development for the advertisement team, optimizing an application designed to provide sentiment analysis insights derived from vast data sources. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive design system for the ad team, establishing a unified UI framework that connected internal teams to social media influencers and streamlined global advertising collaborations. As the Frontend technical lead of a team-of-ten at IBSO, I have played a critical role in making architectural decisions, estimating new requirements, and introducing innovative solutions such as implementing React for the first time in a Brazil's engineering team. I have also collaborated with European colleagues to define and shape the ground of what SAP uses as the primary stack for the frontend products: A wrapper implementation for React of the UI5 Web Components that are compliant with the SAP Fiori User Experience. Additionally, I led an initiative called UI5 WebComponents React Seed, which aimed to save 60 personal days of each new projected created globally, by embedding auto of the box supports for internationalization, accessibility principles, lint, form, error boundaries, light, dark and high contrast theming and many more. Also, I have led from the ground up a solution widely used across multiple global offices (Brazil, Germany, France and 8 others) which connected Account Executive to Operation FTEs by streamlining the processes of enabling visitors into these offices.
